The last confirmed lower high in a downtrend of lower highs and lower lows (the last higher low in an uptrend for shorts).

2What's the trigger?

A candle closes above it. Within 20 candles price pulls back to half of the shift move and a candle closes higher.

Below the low of the shift move.
