- Overnight holding limit: 1 mini / 10 micros (25K and 50K), 2 minis / 20 micros (100K), 3 minis / 30 micros (150K).
- Trading through news is allowed; no weekend holding.

Firm-wide rules
- No monthly fees; the evaluation fee is refunded after the third payout.
- One trade cannot represent more than 40% of total profits.
- News trading allowed; overnight positions allowed on Swing accounts.
- Arbitrage and very short high-frequency trades are prohibited.
- Up to five futures accounts at once; scaling up to $500,000.
- 6% evaluation target, 4% target to earn on the funded stage; 4% end-of-day max loss.
- Daily loss limit of 2.5% on the 100K and 150K accounts only; none on 25K and 50K.
- Consistency is per position: no single trade over 40% of total profit.
- No activation fee; the evaluation fee is refunded on the 3rd payout.
- The account scales at every 10% profit milestone: +5% buying power and +1 mini / 10 micros, up to $500K.
