- No activation fees on any current account type.
- All sales are final; no refunds (a missed promo code is handled separately).
- Market data is free once the Non-Professional Agreement is signed.
- Hedging in opposing directions on the same or a correlated product is a violation.
- Elite Live accounts use an 80/20 split.
